  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1 bell pepper (any colour), chopped
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh coriander, chopped
  • 1/4 cup mint leaves, chopped
  • 1/4 cup roasted peanuts
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon chaat masala (optional for an extra burst of flavour)

Steps

Prepare Ksheer Paneer

In a bowl, gently toss Ksheer Paneer cubes with a pinch of salt and set aside.

Chop and Dice:

In a large mixing bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, coriander, and mint leaves.

Roast Peanuts:

In a pan, dry roast peanuts in Ksheer Ghee until they are golden brown. Allow them to cool, then roughly chop.
